We need someone to build the machine that makes the machine. Customer success, vendor management, financial operations, the boring stuff that keeps the lights on. Except it's not boring when you're doing it for a company that's actually growing.

Your work on the Tecton feature platform is impressive. We're building something similar but narrower - real-time safety scoring, not general feature store.
The challenge: we need to classify outputs from arbitrary LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open source) for risk in under 50ms. Current solution is held together with Python and prayers. We need someone who knows how to build production ML infrastructure.
Compensation is startup-standard (read: equity heavy), but the problem is genuinely interesting. And urgent - like, national security urgent.
