I came across your profile through a mutual connection at Andreessen. Your experience scaling operations at two successive startups caught my attention.

Inferthermic is currently in a high-growth phase. We have revenue, we have product-market fit, and we have a mandate to grow from 3 to 15 people in the next quarter. What we don't have is operational infrastructure.

I'm looking for someone to build the function from scratch: vendor management, financial operations, HR systems, office logistics. The unglamorous machinery that lets the technical team focus on building.

This is a "get your hands dirty" role at a company that's actually making money. Equity significant enough to matter. Reporting directly to me as COO.
