We're building something that needs to not look like it was made by three backend engineers who think CSS is a character flaw. Which, full disclosure, we are. But we know what we don't know.
The product: a real-time dashboard for AI safety monitoring. Think Datadog meets Palantir, but for alignment. Enterprise customers, high stakes, needs to feel trustworthy and powerful without being boring.
We have the algorithms. We have the customers. We need someone who can make the interface disappear so users can focus on the data.

Hi David,
Saw your name on the attendee list for the Enterprise AI Summit. Didn't get a chance to introduce myself at the cocktail reception - you looked like you were closing something, and I respect that.
I'm the COO at Inferthermic. We're a post-revenue startup doing AI safety/alignment for enterprise LLM deployments. Current customers include two Fortune 500s and a government contractor I probably shouldn't name in email.
Our CEO is technical. I'm technical. What we need is someone who speaks fluent "enterprise procurement" and can build a repeatable sales motion. The product works. The market is desperate. We need someone to systematize the approach.
Base + commission + equity. First sales hire, so you'd be building the playbook, not following someone else's.
